Welcome to Lyte Psychiatry
At Lyte Psychiatry we believe that optimal mental health delivery should be accessible and affordable to everyone in a timely manner. Each patient has a different history, different stressors, and different goals — so treatment at Lyte Psychiatry starts with understanding yours before any decisions are made.
“We use psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and therapy — starting from what’s actually happening in your life, not a one-size approach.”

Better mental, better life
Why LytePsych
Lyte Psychiatry provides evidence-based psychiatric evaluation and treatment for adults across Texas and New Mexico. We start with a thorough initial evaluation — typically 50 to 60 minutes — covering your symptoms, medication history, sleep patterns, and anything else that helps us understand what you're dealing with. From there, we build a treatment plan specific to your situation. At follow-up appointments, your provider reviews what's working and adjusts as needed. If something changes between visits, you can reach your care team directly — you won't be waiting weeks to get a response.
