Inpatient care and crisis stabilisation
Medically supervised withdrawal or detox
Eating-disorder IOP, PHP or residential programmes
Formal neuropsychological testing
Ketamine, esketamine or TMS
Court-ordered evaluations and forensic assessment

If one of these is what the patient needs, call and we will say so rather than schedule a visit that cannot help.

How to refer

Fax to 469-868-2929 with patient name, date of birth, phone, insurance, reason for referral, your callback number, and guardian contact for a minor.
For an urgent referral, call 469-733-0848 and say it is urgent — same-day slots are held daily.
We contact the patient directly to schedule and confirm receipt with you within one business day.
With patient consent, an evaluation summary comes back to you after the first visit, and at each medication change thereafter.

Insurance and cost

In-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare/Optum, Cigna/Evernorth, Aetna, Humana, Medicare and Tricare. Participation and benefits vary by plan and are verified before the first appointment. Most insured patients pay $0–$30 per visit.
