Video visits are available in Spanish; ask when you book. The first visit is with the prescriber, and any prescription goes to the pharmacy you choose, whether it sits on FM 2920 or Kuykendahl. Spring sits between its two neighbors in a way the table makes plain. On diagnosed depression, CDC PLACES (BRFSS 2023) puts Spring adults at 20.4%, a hair above The Woodlands at 20.3% and Houston at 19.9%. Self-pay is a flat price and HSA and FSA cards are accepted. Three kinds of card come from Spring more than any others. The first is the employer PPO from the Springwoods Village campuses, most often BCBS TX, Aetna, or UnitedHealthcare. Send us the carrier on the card and we will confirm the copay before the first visit. The second is TRS-ActiveCare, the plan for Klein ISD and Spring ISD employees, which BCBS TX administers and we are in network with. The third comes from HCA Houston Healthcare Northwest staff, who should check the carrier printed on the card, since the hospital offers more than one option.
